Hi, I'm Hayley! I began my yoga journey, like many, during the beginnings of the COVID-19 pandemic, practicing in my living room with "the easy videos" on YouTube, wanting something to do and a way to move my body at home. After a year of practicing at home, I meandered my way into a hot yoga studio, where I found so much more than movement. I fully immersed myself into yoga during one of the most difficult seasons of my life. Those quiet moments on my mat became something deeper than just "exercise". In many ways, yoga saved me. It carried me through some of the most challenging things I’ve ever been through. I deeply wanted to create and hold that space for others, so I began my 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in September 2022 and completed it in July 2023. I also hold certifications in Trauma-Informed Yoga and Yoga Therapy for Anxiety, and I bring that lens of care into the classes I lead. By day, I’m a Dean of Students at a middle school — a role that keeps me grounded in compassion, patience, and the power of creating safe spaces. Teaching yoga is one of the most meaningful ways I get to offer that kind of space to others, and it 100% is applicable in my day-to-day work, both for my coworkers and students. I hope that my classes are a soft place to land for yogis — welcoming, nurturing, and rooted in self-love and acceptance. A space to feel held, seen, and supported just as you are. I love a long savasana (and fully support crying or falling asleep in it!), and my hope is that you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more you.

I discovered yoga 20 years ago as a lifeline for my mental health. In moments when I struggled to regulate myself, I gravitated towards the mat to ground me and process big emotions—at times, it felt like yoga saved my life. This deeply personal connection led me to pursue my 200-hour breath-based Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in 2021. I continued to deepen my understanding of yoga as a tool for holistic health, completing my 500-hour Enhanced Yoga Teacher Training with a focus on adaptive yoga and mental health. My approach honors the roots of yoga as a spiritual practice—one that nurtures mental well-being, rather than being reduced to exercise. I aim to guide others toward yoga as a path of healing, self-awareness, and transformation.

I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Empower Yoga. In yoga, I have found healing and a reconnection with the body and mind. I love to share yoga with those who are active in other physical practices and sports, inviting them to incorporate yoga as a part of their training and recovery. Additionally, I enjoy practicing with those who are returning to activity after illness or other periods of inactivity as a way to reconnect to the body and heal. I have found tremendous mental health benefits from my own yoga practice and am happy to share that with others. I am very physically active, specifically in triathlon training (swim/bike/run) and racing. I love to move!

A dear friend changed my life by taking me to my first yoga class in the summer of 2016. It was there that I took my first breath. Taking that first whole breath started my journey into yoga.

I’m a dedicated student and practitioner first, and have trained formally in Hatha, alignment, and vinyasa flow. I graduated from Yama Yoga 200hr YTT in 2022.

My guiding philosophy in creating yoga practices is to strike a balance between strength and flexibility, exertion, and release. I endeavor to build creative sequences focused on alignment , strength, and mobility in a dynamic vinyasa flow. Expect to sweat, move, and breathe as you deepen your own journey.

I'm grateful to be a yoga teacher. It is a joy and an honor to be part of the transformation that happens on the yoga mat bringing solitude and mindfulness into a person’s world.

My practice started to release stress and supported my recovery from a serious back injury. This has become a grounding practice that extends into every aspect of my life -- mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, energetic, creative. I am also a mom of three beautiful children who bring me so much joy. A gardener who enjoys looking at plants to see them grow each morning. I am a foodie who loves trying different restaurants as well as enjoying traveling to learn about culture, people and see beautiful scenery.

I began practicing yoga about five years ago and received my RYT 200 yoga instructor certification in 2023 through Empower Yoga. I also teach a regular Yoga class at a community organization. My classes tend to always be different in format but flow gently. I focus on breath, strength, being present, balance, and injury prevention through creative movements. I open and close my classes with a mindfulness topic such as gratitude. It’s important and brings me joy to provide this gift of Yoga to give back to the world as Yoga practice helps to ripple peace, love and light to our very fast paced world.

Heather (RYT 200) brings over 18 years of personal yoga practice and a deep passion for mindful movement to every class she teaches. What began as a search for a safe, effective way to build strength, flexibility, and quiet the noise of a busy mind became something much more: a journey of healing, body acceptance, and coming home to herself.

This personal evolution is the heartbeat of All Aglow. As someone who spent years striving for “perfect” — the perfect body, the perfect pace, the perfect performance — Heather knows what it means to crave a space where you can let the pressure go and reconnect with what truly matters: your strength, your breath, your truth.

In her classes — whether a fiery Hot Vinyasa, or a grounding Hot Slow Flow, — you’ll find a powerful balance of challenge and compassion. Her approach is rooted in the belief that yoga isn’t just about how a pose looks — it’s about how it feels, and how it helps you tune into your own needs and inner wisdom.

Heather's vision for All Aglow was built on the same values she’s come to live by:
Strength, Community, Inclusivity, Self-Care, Awareness, Healing, and Confidence.

These aren’t just studio principles — they’re deeply personal truths that guide her work and the space she’s created.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping on the mat for the very first time, Heather invites you to join a collective that honors who you are today — and supports who you're becoming.

Come as you are. Leave feeling strong, seen, and a little more aglow. ✨

meet Maryna

Yoga became one of the most influential forces in my life right when I needed it, and right when I was ready for it. I love discovering new types of movement that make me feel good, and let me tell you, I was hardly prepared for all the goodness that yoga makes me feel. Yoga is a pillar of my wellbeing, and I want to show people of all shapes, sizes, and walks of life that it can be transformational for them, too. I am a huge advocate of body diversity and inclusivity in yoga spaces, and my goal as a teacher is to help everyone in the room to know that they belong, and that they are enough just as they are, however they show up on their mat. For me, yoga is this beautiful, storied, deep well of power and health (mental, spiritual, physical), and I want to share it with everyone. One of my primary focuses as a teacher is to make yoga fun for my students. I aim to create a fun, inviting, and warm community environment. To make it a place that people want to be and a place that they, first and foremost, feel safe and that they belong. My belief is that this opens the door for yoga to become so much more than a physical practice for students. If my students feel safe and seen and are enjoying themselves in my classes, that will allow them the opportunity to explore what yoga means to them, and explore their personal relationship to yoga. I can advocate all day long for what yoga means to me and the role it plays in my life, but I don’t get to decide that for my students. All I can hope to do is create and nurture the space for people to build confidence and to explore and strengthen their relationship with their own bodies, minds, and hearts.

meet Karlie

Karlie is a nurturing and empowering teacher who guides mindful vinyasa-style flows with a focus on breath, presence, and inner connection. Trained in India in both Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, she weaves elements of both into her classes, creating a grounding and intuitive experience. As a meditation guide and reiki practitioner, Karlie loves creating safe, welcoming spaces where students can slow down, tune in, and return to a state of inner harmony. Her classes often include mantras, intentions, and moments of pause to integrate. You can also expect some gentle sound bowl healing during savasana to seal it all in!

meet Samantha

Hi all! I am a RYT 200 and in addition to All Aglow, I also teach Hatha and Vinyasa classes at the YMCA. I started yoga casually during the COVID pandemic as a hobby to pass time in my apartment. It was only years later, after a diagnosis, when a therapist recommended I explore it more intentionally, that I dived head first and deep into my own practice. Since then, yoga has been a vehicle for mental clarity, physical strength, and spiritual healing. It has been transformational, helping me reconnect to my mind, body, the community and earth around me. The thing I love most about yoga is that I am able to forever be a student. I believe yoga has something to offer everyone that steps onto their mat. It is a privilege to guide yogis on their own journeys and facilitate opportunities that help them receive whatever they are seeking when they come to practice. I firmly believe in challenge by choice and holding space for reverence of yoga philosophy and history, while also not taking ourselves too seriously. Whether it be through music, transitional flows, or the collective I like to welcome vulnerability, joy and creativity in my sessions.

meet Brittany

Yoga has always been something I could come back to throughout my life, mostly in my living room alongside Yoga with Adriene’s YouTube channel, searching through her playlists and asking myself “What do I need from my mat today?” Over time, I identified vinyasa flows as one of the few activities that quieted my ever-busy brain. However, a car accident made vinyasa practices nearly impossible for my back, and I had to abandon my living room yoga sessions as I did not have the tools to practice without accidentally exacerbating my injuries. Eventually, I sought in-person yoga teachers with a background in chronic back pain, and I learned through their compassion how to listen to my body and respond with loving kindness. I completed my 200-hour teacher training through Empower Yoga while being diagnosed with C-PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Deepening my yoga practice parallels my physical and emotional healing journeys, helping me to hold space for Big Feelings, to acknowledge them, to feel them, to breathe with them. My goal as a teacher is to facilitate a safer space for students to practice self-acceptance, gain confidence in pose alignment, and explore their personal yoga journeys.

meet Denise

Hi Yogis! My name is Denise and I have been practicing yoga for 10 years. I am a CYT-200 and completed my certification through Movewell Yoga School. I decided to give yoga a try after many years of intense cardio and weight training because my body needed something else. After my first hot yoga class, I knew yoga was going to become a new lifestyle for me. Yoga has so many physical benefits for the body but the breathwork and mindfulness part of practice translates nicely into everyday life. As a teacher, I firmly believe that yoga classes should be accessible for all levels with room for students to explore deeper if they so choose. Creating interesting ways to transition from one pose to another is one way I like to add some spice to my sequences. My favorite pose is down dog because it provides the option to be strong and active, or to be passive and hang out. In addition to yoga, you can find me bicycling, attending local festivals and traveling whenever I can.

meet MaryKathryn

I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for 6, and it has been a powerful source of healing and growth in my life. My classes are upbeat, welcoming, and a little non-traditional—I love weaving humor and lightheartedness into vinyasa flows that balance strength-building holds with deep stretching and release. I am passionate about breaking down barriers and showing that yoga is truly for everybody and every body. Students can expect to leave class feeling stronger, more open, and inspired, with a deeper connection to both themselves and the world around them.
